The One Person You Can't Lie To

The hardest person to be honest with is yourself. It's easy to make excuses for other people, easy to point out where somebody else fell short. But turning that same honest look inward? That's the hard part. We hold onto old stories about ourselves, old excuses, old versions of who we used to be, because facing the truth means we'd actually have to change something.

Real growth starts when you face that truth and let go of the negative. Stop carrying what's not serving you anymore. Be honest about where you are, honest about what got you there, and honest about what it's gonna take to move forward. That's where the real work begins.
